Numerous innovative educators are designing open educational resources [OER] for teaching a variety of subject areas. OER offer low or no-cost peer-reviewed materials as well as cutting-edge adaptive educational technologies. I want to share my journey going OER all the way Fall of 2018! Savings for my students amount to approximately $20,573 for one semester embracing free textbooks – the power of OER! This includes the low costs of groundbreaking adaptive and personalized technology to increase student success in my general introductory psychology classes. I will share links to great online OER resources, answer questions and look forward to a lively discussion!
