This demo-slam interactive, technology-centric workshop will introduce participants to a variety of feedback and assessment tools to help create an effective workflow in the classroom. Tools addressed will be video feedback tools (Screencastify, EDPuzzle), GSuite based rubric feedback tools, and a review of the many digital quizzing tools designed for formative and summative feedback. Workshop includes a discussion of effective feedback best practices extracted from Grant Wiggins’ (Wiggins, 2012) research. Enhance student voice and differentiate with Freaky Fast Feedback. Grading workflow and giving and gathering feedback just got easier! Tools discussed and demonstrated are free and work best in a 1:1 environment; bring your laptop to get the most out of this session. Beginner or Intermediate technology skilled attendees will gain insight, practical practice, and "try it on Monday" ideas and tools in this high energy, quick-paced session.
