Engaging Educators in Anytime, Anywhere Relationship-Centered Professional Learning

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Engaging educators in online, asynchronous conversations has the potential to increase access to professional learning and help educators see themselves as resources for their peers. But how do you bring educators into the online space and ensure conversations are reciprocal and meaningful? Protocols! Come learn and practice core protocols for facilitating online conversations that build relationships between educators and encourage peer feedback. We will explore how online spaces can be welcoming places for sharing, supporting, and challenging each other as part of a reflective, collaborative instructional practice. All the protocols we will experience can be adapted for classroom use with students and will work with a range of digital tools.
