As building and district leaders we strive to be servant-leaders who focuses developing our staffs to feel empowered to try new things and support them to think outside of the box. Through being present in classrooms, building relationships with staff & students, and walking along as learners beside our staff we can empower. Being an active listener, building empathy and developing a community can change the culture of your staffs. Come get ideas to implement immediately.
