Principals, Curriculum Directors, and others in a position of leadership will gain new ideas and resources on continuing to build rapport with your students, staff, and families while still creating an environment accepting of change and growth. In this session attendees will be encouraged to take a reflective approach to their current practices in a position of leadership and be exposed to a variety of tools that could assist along the way.
