Hattie theorizes collective teacher efficacy, but what would it take to actually get there? This session will explore how Maine Township High School District 207 is seeking collective teacher efficacy through an adult learning model focused on a culture of teacher leadership and coaching that includes plans for every teacher every year as well as a growing leadership coaching program. Strategies for implementing and scaling a system-wide adult learning model will be reviewed and participants will develop actions steps to implement a model in their own district within their own structures. In addition, we will consider how schools can evaluate seven elements of the OECD "Learning Organization" model to consider their strengths and areas of opportunity.
