We all know that Google Slides is an awesome presentation tool, but do you know all the amazing ways it can be used to assess student learning?

From turning traditional lecture-based lessons into engaging, interactive presentations to giving students the opportunity to get creative and demonstrate their own learning, Google Slides is an extremely versatile tool for the classroom. Best of all, it’s free!

In this session, participants will learn to harness the power of Google Slides Add-ons to turn presentations into interactive formative assessments.

We will also explore many creative ways that teachers can have students use Google Slides to take an active role in choosing, achieving, and demonstrating competency in their learning goals.

Educators will leave this session with a number of practical, easy-to-implement ideas for assessment in their classrooms using Google Slides.
