During this session the presenters will discuss the FERPA law and what administrators and teachers should be looking out for as not to violate any law. What can you share and what can you not share? Do you have the right information posted on your website? What are other states doing? The session will be interactive, and the goal is to improve or maintain your knowledge of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. The presenters will share resources for further knowledge.
