Thinking Out Cloud for District Leaders

As school IT departments drive to become more agile, efficient and secure, school IT leaders are turning to shared services in the cloud, allowing their teams better focus on the core mission of improving student achievement. In this AWS Thinking Out Cloud for District Leaders Session, Dr. Chad Stevens, former K-12 Principal and CTO, will focus on what school leaders need to know and consider. In addition to sharing about why we’re seeing the major shift to the cloud, Dr. Stevens will address key planning considerations regarding budgets, Cap-Ex to Op-Ex considerations, stakeholder alignment and will also share common starting points for K-12 workloads.
