 Lisa Westman
 Is an author, speaker and professional development facilitator (consultant) who provides customizable learning opportunities and professional development for K-12 school districts across the country. Her presentations focus on differentiation, instructional coaching, and standards-based grading. Most importantly, her presentations are designed to "keep it real" focusing on specific strategies that all educators can implement after our time together. 
Prior to becoming a consultant, she spent over 15-years working in public school systems serving as an instructional coach specializing in differentiation and as a teacher for gifted humanities, ELA, and social studies.
 She is the author of “Student-Driven Differentiation:8 Steps to Harmonize Learning in the Classroom” (Corwin) and is an educational blogger (for Education Week, Education Week Teacher, edutopia, Corwin Connect and lisawestman.com). She is am a frequent presenter at educational conferences and has presented at ASCD, ISTE, AMLE, Visible Learning, IAGC, ICE, IETC, ILASCD, and others.
