Manage Your Time or Your Time Will Manage You
Time management IS NOT your problem. Trust me. Time management is simply a symptom of the problem. This is why so many people struggle and so many fads or organizational tools provide immediate relief but never solve the problem. This session examines the root causes of time management issues and gives participants methods to solve their issues or the issues of those they coach.

How Google plays "Where's Waldo" for me every morning; Automating student lists with Google Sheets
Every school day, one of the office professionals in my school of 1800 students sends me and my colleagues a list of students we need to check against our classroom roster to make sure someone isn't at school today who isn't supposed to be. This means that every day we each spend two to three minutes at the end of the year (or ten to fifteen minutes at the beginning), trying to determine if our Waldo is hiding on that list. Not anymore, with some help from one of those great office professionals I've automated that daily task and just want to share my efforts with anyone who wants to knock out some of the drudgery of teaching. If you join me, you will get a chance to take a look at how Google Sheets can do a lot of work that no one I know enjoys.
