Mike de Leon is an Instructional Technology Specialist at Valley View School District 365U in Bolingbrook and Romeoville, IL. He is primarily tasked with providing professional learning opportunities for 6-12+ educators to create the best possible learning environments for their students.



Having taught all grades 6-12, Mike has spent the better part of his teaching tenure in the classroom as a high school biology teacher. During this time, he has been enhancing innovative teaching practices with technology any way possible. Today, Mike helps other teachers integrate technology into their classrooms in meaningful and effective ways that mesh well with the primary educator.



As a GEG Chicagoland Leader, Google Certified Educator and Innovator, Mike is oftentimes (overly) excited and committed to helping all educators bring the 'Awesome' to their classrooms!
