Namrata Pandya

Computer Science Faculty
I teach at Illinois mathematics and science academy (IMSA) in Aurora, IL. I have over twenty years of experience in teaching mathematics and computer science courses. I have designed and created curriculum for multiple courses at IMSA including web technologies, Linux, cyber security and android app development. All the incoming sophomores at IMSA take Computer Science Inquiry, a core course. Most of our students take at least 2 or 3 computer science courses before they graduate. Our goal is to expose each IMSA student to algorithmic thinking and to the broad relevance of computational thinking in everyday life, as well as its applicability within other domains.
